Drawing inspiration from our rural Vietnamese roots, we lovingly prepare dishes that are equally rich in taste and nutrition, using only fresh, whole-food ingredients. Our meals, which come in over 100 varieties, reflect the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine, with numerous regional favourites featured on our menu.

Hot-Stone Pho Bowl

You won’t find this genuine Hot Stone Pho anywhere else in Ontario. To prepare our signature Pho, we simmer ginseng-infused broth for 10 hours before combining it with a blend of traditional herbs and fresh sliced onions. Then, we let our customers select their preferred blend of meat and noodles, for a truly one-of-a-kind meal. Serving Pho in a stone bowl does more than enhancing the flavour of this classic dish. By keeping your soup warm, the stone bowl gives you time to relax and savour your meal while catching up with friends and family. Enjoying Stone Bowl Pho is about connecting, not just dining.

Hue Spicy Noodle Soup (Bun Bo Hue)

Hue Spicy Noodle Soup, also known as Bún Bò Huế, is one of the “best-kept secrets” in Vietnamese cuisine. Its robust flavour is created by blending multiple spices, including powerful notes of red pepper and shrimp paste, with a simmered beef and lemongrass broth – for a striking taste that’s been described as “addictive.”

Hai Phong Crab Cake with Rice Noodles (BANH DA CUA)

Crab cake soup (Bánh Đa Cua Hải Phòng) is a beloved cold-weather comfort food in Hai Phong city, where it can be found everywhere from high-end restaurants to food trucks. More recently, crab cake soup has gained international renown for its complex medley of flavours: Sweet, spicy, sour, and savoury notes blend beautifully in this dish and complement its satisfying, chewy texture. Traditionally, crab cake soup is made using red rice noodles. These noodles, which are unique to Vietnamese cuisine, are made from sun-dried rice blended with water, ripe Gac fruit powder, and brown sugar. The noodles are topped with crispy fish cakes, ground pork, crab meat, and vegetables, all resting in a delicious crab broth.
